Essential Educational :        

i) Graduate from a recognized UniversityQualificationsii) Degree/3-year Diploma in Hotel Management from the RecognizedUniversity / National council for hotel Management& CateringTechnology/ State Board of technical Education having secured at least 50% marks.Note:Clause no. (i) will not be applicable in case the candidate possess Degree in Hotel Management.

Experience :

Minimum 10 years teaching experience out of which at least five years should be at the level of Lecturer in an Institute of Hotel Management / Food Craft Institute affiliatedto Recognized University / National Council for hotelManagement & Catering Technology / State Board of Technical EducationORShould have 10 years industry experienceout of which minimum 5 years should be as Manager in a profit making approved hotel of minimum 3 star category

OTHER INSTRUCTIONS 

1.Interested candidates who fulfill the prescribed conditions for the post may fill the Application form in the prescribed format enclosed herewith.

2.The Applicant is required to send a Demand Draft of Rs.500/-in favor of “Secretary/Principal,Food Craft Institute, Aligarh”along with the duly filled application form. The Application fee once received shall not be refunded.

3.Attested/Self Attestedcopies of required documents should be attached with the Application Form.

4.Complete  application form  procured  in  the  above  manner  along  with  all  required  documents  may  be delivered through registered post/speed post only, superscriptingon the top at the left side of the cover, the post applied for, advertisement number and date (departmental candidates can deliver personally) to Secretary/Principal,  Food  Craft  Institute,  University  Polytechnic  Campus,  Aligarh  Muslim  University, Aligarh-202002 latest by 10September, 2021till 04:00 PM. The  Institute is not responsible for any postal delays. 

5.Persons employedin Government/Semi Government Organizations/Autonomous Bodies/PSU’s should apply for the post through proper channel.

6.Original documents should not be sent with the application form but should be produced at the time of Interview.

7.Applications  received  late  or  without  necessary  supporting  documents/  Degree/Certificates/Mark sheets/experience certificate and Matriculation or equivalent certificate in support of their declaration of age  not  attested  by  the  Head  of  the  Department/Institution/Gazetted  Officer/self-attestationor  not accompanied by full prescribed fee shall be rejected summarily.
